How we work together.

Every practice using Atodoc does so under a written master services agreement and a business associate agreement. These documents cover scope of service, uptime expectations, data ownership, indemnification, and termination.

Pilot participants receive the full agreement at onboarding. It is month-to-month during the pilot and after, with no minimum term, no auto-escalation, and a clear data-export process if you choose to leave.
